Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious, eye catching & easy!

RECIPE:
3 boxes of button mushrooms
2 Tb (chopped) Parsley
2 Tb grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic glove
1 Tb butter

Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Wash your mushrooms, removing all the dirt. Allow to dry. Removed the stems, by gentle tugging on it with your hand. It should come right of & for those stubborn stems, aid them with a butter knife.


Once you have all your stems removed, chop them up finely. Heat up a skillet & add a Tb of butter & the garlic. Sauté for 1 min. Add chopped stems in & sauté until tender for about 3-4 mins, add parsley & cheese to combine. Turn heat off. Your stuffing is done!!
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet & 1 by 1 spoon on less then a 1/2 tb of filling.
 Place in the oven & bake for 25 mins.

Remove & place on a cute platter!!

 ENJOY!!
